Where Catalyst Engine's legal documents live and what you and your applicants agree to.

The documents

The Terms of Service govern your organization's use of the platform. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is handled — including that candidate and employee records in your workspace are processed on your organization's behalf. Both are linked from the site footer.

How consent works

Consent is collected without checkboxes. Creating an account shows "By creating an account you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy." under the sign-up button. Submitting a public application shows "By submitting this application you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy." beside the submit button.

Heads up

Your organization remains responsible for its own hiring-law obligations — Catalyst Engine processes applicant and employee information on your behalf.
