HR Audit

A free, two-minute self-assessment of your HR operation — no login required to start it.

Run the audit

Open /audit (linked as "Free audit" from the marketing site, and from the sidebar for logged-in users). It asks two questions in each of four categories: Pipeline & sourcing, Compliance & certifications, Onboarding, and Reporting & operations.

  1. 1Answer each question — one at a time, with a progress bar at the top.
  2. 2Click Next after each answer, or See my score on the last question.
  3. 3Enter a work email (and optional company name) to unlock the full report.
  4. 4Click Get my report.

Reading your results

Your report shows an overall HR maturity score out of 100, plus a per-category score with a band: Manual, Developing, or Optimized. Below that, a "Where Catalyst helps" section maps your lowest-scoring areas to the specific features that address them.
